Our analytical unit was created following the Initiative of the European Union on the promotion of Small and medium enterprise, also known as the Small Business Act, with the aim to accomplish the objectives stipulated by this Initiative. The Better Regulation Center comprises a team of specialists in the fields of legislation and regulatory impact assessment on the business sector (the so-called Business Impact Assessment), whose mission is the reduction of the disproportionate regulatory burden of businesses and an improvement in the business environment in Slovakia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-539-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-539-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-539-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/UtCHmiIBx-U?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-539-2\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-539-2-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-539-2-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h2>MAIN ACTIVITIES<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The primary\u00a0mission of the Better Regulation Center (BRC) is a reduction of the disproportionate regulatory burden of SMEs <\/strong>and an improvement of the business environment in Slovakia.
